Dana Pittman joined PPI-Time Zero in May, 2004. He has been in operations management for 35 years. During his career, Pittman was employed with two divisions of General Electric. After GE, Pittman entered the contract manufacturing sector and has managed companies with annual gross revenues up to $350M.

The business sectors Dana Pittman has directed include industrial, automotive, defense, aerospace and medical device manufacture. Pittman has also managed businesses offshore and installed multiple operations in Mexico. Pittman is a graduate of GE's Management Training Program and holds degrees in Tool Engineering/Design and Management and Organizational Development.

Francis R. (Frank) Simons

Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Frank Simons joined IBM in 1964 as a project Engineer on the TROS Memory Storage System for the IBM 360 System and held positions of increasing responsibility during his early career at IBM.. In 1972 Simons founded an electronics manufacturing operation (RFQ Industries) with operations in Vermont.

Later, Simons became President and CEO of Dowty Custom Electronics and subsequently Nexus Custom Electronics and over the next 25 years developed the company into a multi-divisional, multi-million dollar enterprise. Simons also served as the Dowty group IT procurement task force chairman and director of the groups Power Conversion Division. Simons joined PPI-Time Zero Inc. in 1995 as the Chief Operating Officer and is currently responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities of the company.

Gene J. Ward III

Gene Ward photo

Director of Engineering

Gene Ward has 40 years of diversified manufacturing and engineering experience. He began his career with the General Electric Company- Aerospace / Numeric Control Division and during his 19 years with the division held numerous positions in operations management.

Mr. Ward transitioned from General Electric to Genicom Corporation's Data Printer Division, through a leveraged management buy out and held several senior positions in operations and quality over a 15 year period. Ward coordinated activities to achieve ISO 9001 registration for the 1,800 employee facility and supported the start up of their Mexico operations. Since 2000, Ward has supported multiple contract manufacturing sectors including depot service, aerospace and medical device manufacture.

Ward is a graduate of GE's Tool and Die program and holds certifications in numerous fields of manufacturing technology. Gene Ward joined PPI-Time Zero in March 2005 as the Director of Engineering.

Art Russo

Art Russo photo

Director of Operations

Art Russo Joined PPI-Time Zero in 1976. He has been associated with electronic contract manufacturing for the past 30 years. Russo began his career in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing and has served as Director of Operations since 1995. Russo has been very instrumental in PPI-Time Zero's evolution over the past 30 years. Russo has managed multiple service sectors including military, medical, industrial and commercial products and has also established multiple off shore alliances with PCB manufacturers providing cost-effective alternatives for PPI-Time Zero's customer base.

Barry Weinraub
Corporate Materials Executive
Barry Weinbrab 
Barry Weinraub joined PPI-Time Zero in July, 2007. Barry has over 30 years experience in the electronic manufacturing industry. He started his career at Timeplex, LLC in New Jersey where he held several positions including Senior Vice President of Operations for over 10 years. Barry was directly responsible for world wide multi plant operations in Ireland, Puerto Rico and New Jersey. Barry is CPIM certified.

Vicki Bolic
Manager of General Ledger & Finance
 
Vicki Bolic joined PPI/Time Zero in 1998.  She has extensive experience in inventory and logistics management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, financial reporting and cost accounting.  Ms. Bolic is responsible for the supervision and control of the general ledger and monthly reporting.  Ms. Bolic interfaces with external auditors on a regular basis and is actively involved with year-end tax preparation.  Ms. Bolic is a graduate of Ashworth College and holds numerous certificates for advanced studies.

David Skinner
Manager of Cost Accounting & HR
 
David Skinner joined PPI-Time Zero, Inc. in February of 2008. Skinner has over 20 years of experience within various manufacturing industries (telecommunications and healthcare) with proven success in cost/inventory accounting, operations finance, financial analysis, and human resource/payroll management.  Prior to PPI Time Zero, Inc. Mr. Skinner was employed at Timeplex LLC, a company owned by Platinum Equity in New Jersey, and held various positions including Cost Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, and Financial Consultant.  Mr. Skinner was directly responsible for all financial reporting, cash management, human resource and payroll management.  Mr. Skinner graduated from Felician College with a BA in Business Management.
