McDonnell announced today that PPI/Time Zero, Inc., a leading
electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider of high
reliability aerospace, defense, medical and industrial
electronics, today announced that they will invest $1.15 million
to establish operations at Solutions Place in the City of
Waynesboro. The project will create 65 new jobs within the next
year.

PPI-Time Zero, Inc. Announces Sale to Guardian Capital Partners
[Paterson, NJ] – January 5, 2011 – PPI-Time Zero, Inc., a leading EMS provider of high reliability aerospace, defense, medical and industrial electronics, today announced that Guardian Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in middle market manufacturing and service companies has acquired majority ownership of the business. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
Dana M. Pittman, CEO of PPI-Time Zero, said: “We are very pleased to have established a partnership with Guardian Capital Partners and are looking forward to working with them in support of PPI-Time Zero’s continued growth.” The company is coming off another strong year of performance driven by successfully executing its organic growth strategy with a focused set of customers and niche market segments. Pittman added, “PPI is well positioned to continue its strong performance. Together with Guardian’s guidance and resources, we will be able to accelerate our initiatives with a new facility expansion, improved logistics and value added process installation.”
