Test Equipment
Delivery of high performance contract electronic manufacturing services to our customers is achieved by full utilization of our specialized testing equipment.
Our test equipment is qualified to meet industry specifications. We consistently utilize custom modeling and tests to reach the highest possible test coverage.
The equipment is qualified to the test specifications and delivered to the manufacturing floor for pre-production. To verify the manufacturing process, test functionality and supply chain readiness, a limited number of units are built.
X-Ray Technology Systems
PPI-Time Zero utilizes the high performance Glenbrook Technologies real-time X-Ray Technology System as an effective advanced inspection tool.
It is the only system not subject to voltage blooming. It measures BGA solder joint integrity and other leadless packages that cannot be inspected by conventional vision systems.
Our system is designed for inspection of multi-layer, assembled PCBs with dense metal BGAs and it meets lead-free inspection requirements.
